Finished on HBO - that was a great watch. Anxiety inducing :: Uncut Gems. Safdie really has this high-level intensity Jewish hustler thing down pat. I like the pacing in his films. Really enjoyed the dialogue...pleasantly surprised how good Kevin O'Leary was. Think we're going to enjoy watching Timothee's acting arc - like someone mentioned earlier akin to Leo. Like that he blows off the Met Gala to go courtside to a Knicks playoff game. Gwyneth looking great. Odessa was fantastic, too.

Really didn't understand the Vampire, born since 1601 thing during the Endo match? Marty's reaction was confusion; I'll have to rewatch that.

I specifically recall that panning shot of George Gervin and thought "Huh, that dude was the spittin' image" - didn't see T-mac!

Gonna go hit a tennis court this weekend barring May rain showers.

Finally saw it on hbo max and speaking of cameos holy **** the shotgun wielding farmer is played by Penn Gillette. I had to rewatch it again and you can barely tell it's him, but once you know it's him the voice is recognizable.

Finally watched it. Loved it. Yes he's a scumbag and not a good person, yet somehow totally pumped for him in the end. TC was perfect.

Honey scene was bizarre as hell but I can't imagine turning it off just because of that.

So based on how the original ending was supposed to be, we thinking Rockwell is indeed a vampire? Not that it really matters.
