This would have been my submission. I had my own hunt going for what seemed like years for a video I saw on MTV once and never seemed to air again. This was early internet/YouTube so was hard to find obscure stuff. All I could remember was the chorus and that the video had people walking around with a certain time on their shirts and then at the end someone jumps out the window and it pans across the room and the clock is the time everyone had on their shirts. It drove me NUTS!

Finally at some point the internet grew robust enough for me to figure it out. Now? That description returns a reddit post with the answer as the first result. The internet has come a long way!

Apparently because of the suicidal ending the video got pulled and that's why it was hard to find for a long time.

Good guess (somewhat similar visuals), but not the one.

Would say it's a wanna be rap/rock fusion, roughly 25 years ago. It soared on the airwaves to eventual annoyance.
