It really boggles my mind how Hollywood execs can continually make such crappy decisions (not the cancelling part...the part where they decided to make this in the first place). Between this and Section 31 they might as well sell off the Star Trek rights for pennies on the dollar and move on.

Ep 1: The trouble with tribble ticklers

Aided by pleasant and addictive side effects, sentient alien tribble sex toys go wild and reproduce rapidly from within their symbiotic users before releasing their zygotes into new prey in an attempt to take over Starfleet from within. Meanwhile, Captain Sweeney - being immune to the tribble charms due to her pair of medusa mammaries and tight fitting jeans - is forced to fight them off alone before it's too late and the whole crew succumbs to the alien invasion.

Terrible idea. Show would end after S1E1 when Captain Sweeney somehow clips something in hyperspace careening the Enterprise out of hyperspace too early and off into the void of unknown space.

My plan to fix Star Trek: All new Trek was just Jake Siko's s**t attempt at writing a holosuite adventure and can be disregarded for all eternity as it is no longer canon.

I don't understand. Season 3 of Picard was PEAK television and it PROVED there are still people alive who can create bad ass Trek. Picard ended with the PERFECT SET UP for 7 of 9 to captain her own ship and continue the prime timeline.

This was so heavily rumored it had a name, "Star Trek legacy"

Why won't they do this? Seems so easy.
CNN is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.

Not Star Trek but it looks like we'll be getting a new live action Gundam movie starring...Sydney Sweeney. Given how sexist some of the Gundam anime is this could be interesting. This one will be on Netflix.

SA, while not off to the greatest start, today's episode was an hour of great television and performances. Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti were exceptional together. Favorite episode of this show so far by a mile.

Yeah, I just finished the season/series and the last 3-4 episodes were a lot better than the first part of the season. I don't know if it was planned this way or if the writers/producer heard the criticism and pivoted, but there were some pretty good moments towards the end.

I sure hope the franchise goes back to the end of Picard Season 3 and does a new series right where Picard left off. They set it up perfectly for Legacy or whatever they want to call it.

Not a chance...I would happily pay for Paramount+ to see Deepthroat, I mean "space", Sweeney...we could all use more of Sweeney's void in our lives.

...and less alphabet Klingons
