I have my doubts that it will live up to the original or the 1991 remake, but looking forward to Javier Bardem as Max Cady. Anyone else watching?

Bout to start it now. Had no clue this was even a thing until yesterday. I don't know what to think about it either but I'm 100% in on Javier Bardem as Max Cady. I love the 91 version so much and the Simpsons episode it inspired is a classic

This looks really good. Javier Bardim looks creepy as hell.

I can't help but think back to DeNiro in this role and how in shape he got for it. Can't tell in previews if Bardim did, but the Dad is absolutely jacked and would kick his ass IRL.
