..met some folks i'll never forget, and lost some men that nobody will forget
..also been targeted by some university folks, just like my negroic brethren
..made memories that no amount of time or booze could ever erase
..seen things that freshmen dream about
..seen things that freshmen have nighmares about
..been to the brink of physical and emotional exhaustion, and past it
..cursed like a sailor, loved like a brother, laughed like a fool, cried like a baby, and matured into a better man
..shed blood, sweat, and tears alongside brothers and sisters whom i wouldn't trade for the world
..had my ass beat
..beat some ass
..participated in, and committed, a felony (hey, it was just a small one and it was for the greater good)
..been a part of something that is so much bigger than one person, but so much smaller than the family it builds
