The current dispute with Simms deals with the mass gathering act and is separate from any (possible) future burn ban violations.

Agreed with Predmid. Regardless of many individuals' opinions, Student Bonfire is not out to patently break the law at every turn.

And if you weren't happy to donate to the cost of the tickets, you shouldn't have done so, '04.
