CUT-CLASS INFORMATION

Crew Schedule:
Monday, 2nd -- OC Hogs, FHK, Moses, Dunn
Tuesday, 3rd -- Crocker, Walton, Moore, Hart
Wednesday, 4th -- Corps of Cadets

Randoms can attend any day.
If you absolutely cannot make your scheduled day, you may attend one of the others.

Directions: Shotzi's is the last bar on the West end of Northgate, one door past Zapato's.

Yes. There will be Cut-Class on the morning of cuts as usual.

Precious, most deads are going to be from out-of-town and will have to attend the morning of First Cut.

You can always show up Monday for cut class with the Hogs. Best Damn Crew Off Campus!

NO, Shotzi's is two doors past Zapatos. The door in between them is a florist, and I don't think they want to be bothered by a whole bunch of Texaggers asking where cut class is.

Bonfire =/= Alcohol, if you think it does, you have not been a part of the Student Bonfire Organization in any capacity. SB has a strict policy against this, it still surprises me how many people don't know that.

As far as the bar, I'm sure the offer to use it was free and its across the street from campus. SB can't really go rent out room in the MSC.
Cut-Class is Mon-Wed at 7pm, before most bars open. Alcohol will not be served. Shotzi's was also run by almost all Browns in its first 6 months of existence; the manager was brown in the mid-90s.

So, "Free, outside on the patio of a bar across from campus," sounds fine to me.

They probably look at the list of participating dorms and jump to conclusions.

That reminds me. If you live in any other dorm that is not listed, come to any Cut-Class or just come out to Cut. You will be able to participate. There are many students out there like that. This is how dorms grow and reconnect to their old lines.

Saw a flyer for cut class up on the door in my dorm, too bad that it was gone within a couple of hours. some of the corps leadership places a tight reign on these things i suppose.

Do they allow fliers for any off-campus gatherings, such as church meetings and the like?

Furthermore, do they allow personal door decorations?

In our flyering of campus, we've found you just have to keep putting them up, one after another after another. One of two things will happen. One, you'll be busy continuously putting them up, but there will always be one there. Or, they'll get tired of taking them down and there will always be one there. The latter happened for us.

question for those that went tonight... how long did the class take? i'm scheduled to go wednesday, but i have a senate meeting that starts at 7.35

and before anyon says anything about going tomorrow night or tonight... both nights i have a 5.30-8.15 class.

How was turnout?

The class itself probably took between 25-40 minutes, but sign in took about an hour. If you are planning to make the Senate meeting, you won't make it unless you roll call then leave, BUT if they fix the sign in issues, you then might also miss part of Cut Class.

In closing, one or the other and remember, they hold cut class in the woods as well.

As for turn out... I'd say about 150 maybe more.

turn out was larger last night than monday night.

thankfully i was able to make it since class was cancelled due to the power outage. darn prof lectured for another 30 minutes after the power went out before deciding to stop since there wasn't enough natural light to continue
