this may be absurd and I'm almost positive I'll catch it from all the faithful here. But after I read the latest post on the "approval" thread, I was wondering if there was any idea or plan in place if these permits were not taken care of prior to the alleged 45 day deadline. Assuming said deadline has not already passed. Call me green about it, or just call me realistic...whatev

There are contingencies in place, but it is unlikely that they will be needed. Everything will come according to Plan.
