Hey bud, having a nice conversation with yourself in here?

There is no credible evidence that we are being visited by anything extraterrestrial in nature, i.e. that they originated from another planetary body in our galaxy or universe, in the same dimension where we live. I say again, ZERO credible evidence. Even Grusch wouldn't commit to that. The best he would say is "non-human intelligence."

Given that we live here, and we observe them here, it's orders of magnitude more likely that they originated and reside right here, especially given the impossible distances they would have to traverse to get here. We are not being visited by extraterrestrial aliens. Interdimensional? Possibly. Earth-based living in the oceans? Possibly. But they're not aliens.

I tend to agree with you FWIW. I try to not admit the interdimentioal stuff bc it's the recent click bait. But lines up with the science recently theorizing the extra planes and what not.
