I live in NY, and you do not need to show ID for canned whip cream if it's the standard pre-filled, disposable cans like your picture. However, the other aspect of your post is true in not needing to show ID to vote.

ETA: It's the charging canisters for refillable whip cream containers that you have to show ID for.

Whip its.

You fill a balloon with the gas and suck on it. Weird sensation that lasts just a couple of minutes. Or you suck on the can upright to get the gas.

Is this mandatory for states to follow or voluntary? Obviously, the DNCCP cares so much about election integrity they won't use it unless they are made to. Which will keep millions of the unliving and illegals free to vote.

Both are correct. Whip-its is the street name for huffing Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas). Same thing the dentist uses I believe.

The US has a citizen verification system, it is called a "Passport Card". Every citizen should have one (IMHO).
