The last two summers, Phoenix residents have endured the two hottest months of July on record. But as the end of the month approaches in 2025, temperatures have been significantly cooler than residents have come to expect.

Here is a graph showing Houston's summer temps way down from last year. Notice, nothing yet close to 100 this year.
Interactive Graph

Here is Atlanta

Notice, last year about this time, all the rage was HOTTEST SUMMER EVER!!! REEEEEEEEEE!!! This year? Not a peep. So, assuming we don't hit 30 100 degree temp days in August, this will be a substantially cooler summer with Trump in office.

That Trump is one powerful dude.

I'm in central Texas. We've actually had a (comparatively speaking) really pleasant summer thus far until about 10 days ago.

Hotter than balls today

Said the same thing to a coworker, yesterday. I think today is the first 100 degree day, so far.

Spring was hotter than normal, but summer hasn't been ball-sweat hot as much as most July temps have been in the past.

2022, Honga Tunga erupted and sent massive amounts of water vapor into the atmosphere

It was predicted the extra hot climate it created wouldn't abate until 2025-26

Temperature is how the left proves climate change. I'm just using their definition.

I live in Phoenix. We actually had a July day with a high of 97. That's unheard of. Very few days over 110 this month. Thanks DJT for this mild summer!

Panhandle/South Plains is much wetter than the last few years. We're closer to the wet patterns of the 1960s than the droughts of the 2010s.

Here in late July, we are at 16,3 inches against a yearly average of 19.7

Comparing global climate trends vs regional yearly variations is just dumb. If you're going to come up with a good argument, at least use the same metrics.

No, Algore, patron saint of Climate Change Scientology, told us that we could watch regional yearly variations as the polar ice cap would be gone in 5-7 years, in 2005.

And in 1979, an earlier saint, Leonard Nemoy revealed that the harsh winters in the Carter presidency in America foretold of the coming ice age. (Note, Commie Carter's solution was to tell people to wear a sweater inside).

So, regional changes clearly can be used by proper climate change deities to predict the future of the climate Gods. I believe today Greta Thunberg is the leading matriarch of the church of climate change, but I could be wrong, as I am a heretic, myself.

This is a perfect example of the left weaponizing language. I remember when they called this strain of Marxism "global warming." As Ciboag96 points out, "warming" means warming, but " change " can be ANYTHING, and it has become anything. Climate change now stands for things that are completely opposite of each other, even when they are happening at the same time. The name was changed from something specific and definable to something vague, a name that can mean anything. The only thing that matters with the " new "name given, is that it can always be used to support the stealth Marxist narrative, no matter what is happening with the weather/climate.

Edit: This also grinds my gears. The leftists constantly use "weather events" as proof of climate change. Climate is over a long period of time, whereas weather can be very short, such as just one day. As in "Tomorrow's weather forecast." Again, this is done to fool/mislead people to promote political issues!!!

More succinctly, 'Climate change' is very useful to leftists because it is a tenet of faith more than anything else, support for which can be found by the faithful any where/any time, and can never be rebutted.

It reminds me of a line supposedly from Christ from the (very non-canonical) Gospel of Thomas:
Quote:

Jesus said, "It is I who am the light (that presides) over all. It is I who am the entirety: it is from me that the entirety has come, and to me that the entirety goes. Split a piece of wood: I am there. Lift a stone, and you (plur.) will find me there.

I've enjoyed countless young dummies, fresh out of indoctrina…college who have come to this board and tried to "educate" us on climate change, only to slink away with two figurative black eyes. Their fraudulent consensus never held up to scrutiny, they just weren't smart enough to have realized it yet.

Yeah I recall a few of those. The funniest to me involved the meteorology courses someone bragged about taking I think, from TAMU. Those assertions likewise amounted to "I have been ordained, heathens, bow and give thanks to my Lord."
