I haven't read all the threads/comments regarding students protesting ICE so I apologize if my questions are redundant. But…

How do students get out of class in the middle of the day to Protest?
Is skipping class to attend a protest considered an approved absence?
What position does BISD Administration take regarding what appears to be facilitating students to attend protests during school hours?

If allowing students to skip school to protest becomes the norm without consequences, I cannot help but wonder if future school bond elections get more interesting??

I don't know about you guys, but protesting government employees doing their jobs enforcing immigration laws while waving a Mexican flag with not an American flag in sight really has the opposite effect to me.

Mexico is a **** hole country and I get why people want to come here. Why throw the flag in our faces? It just tells me you are more loyal to Mexico and the odds of you turning the USA into another **** hole country is higher than you coming here and assimilating to American values and ideals. Go clean up your own house instead of coming to ours and bringing your problems with you. Mexico could be major player in the world with its resources and location. Instead the majority of the populace chooses to put up with and run away from corruption, fraud and crime. That attitude continues after they come here. Look no further than majority Hispanic communities that are here on this side of the border.

Law and order is important and their culture/heritage doesn't embrace it for the most part.

Social media posts the wife is seeing today say that ICE will be in Brazos County area tomorrow. Warnings not to stop at gas stations and not to take the kids to school. I saw a post that 120 agents will be here.

They get out of class because administration lets them. I guarantee that they will face zero consequences even though they should. Any legit district that enforces truancy laws would ticket all of them. It's a small example of why teachers are quitting in droves and why kids and the youth of America is going to **** in all aspect. They fear no consequences because they are allowed to get away with anything and everything and discipline/respect is no longer taught and required.

Rusty is one of the reasons all local law enforcement in Brazos County went to 100% encrypted communications. They were tired of him tweeting out stuff resulting in people rushing over to watch and record, often getting in the way.

He is one who wont engage in what he really wants to because of his job and to protect his image , but he stirs the pot and aids/ fuels groups like antifa and the liberal *******s out impeding federal law enforcement officers.

This, guy is such a effing POS.
He entices his liberal cronies and post things on his social media while trying to hide his real agenda. Its why he posts the locations of where ICE officers are. He wants a crowd. Its why he post things like " Know your rights , you can film ICE agents, they cant ask you to leave public property" . What is going on in Minneapolis is exactly what this ******* wants to happen in BCS.

He thinks it's 'so brave' what these people/students did. He talks about what makes "America great", while posting pictures of them holding and draping themselves in MEXICO flags.

This is precisely the issue, which he so obviously misses, even though it's right in front of his face.

The majority of the immigrants of today, are very different than the immigrants which made this country great. My ancestors wanted nothing more than to be American. They were mortified if they were seen as anything else. They had 'made it', once they were considered an American by their peers. They wanted to come, assimilate, contribute and protect the greatest country in the world, which they considered extremely lucky to be a part of. My grandmother would speak adamantly, of the hardships they endured, to overcome their past, for a new future; a future that only this country could offer.

Today? People want to use this country for their benefit, without assimilating as an American. They want to maintain their former heritage, without a care for our American heritage or the history that facilitated the very opportunity they're squandering.

I'm friends with several people who have come here legally. Mexico, Brazil, S.Africa, etc...they HATE illegal immigration, or the type of displays that Rusty celebrates on his X account. It's an absolute insult to them, and everything went through to come here, and become a citizen.

Yet, people like Rusty think they're doing something 'good' by white-knighting for those that insult him and his heritage...all the while, not realizing why it's so ignorant, and so selfish. Why it goes against the 'Melting Pot' this country was.

Melting Pot? Not anymore. More of a mix-mashed stew of ill-fitting pieces.

And instead of calling the insults out, for what they are, Rusty joins in...perpetuating absolute foolishness.

If I was the dad to a daughter who had been raped by an illegal alien who is on the lam, and his warning tweet prevented the capture of the POS, I'd have a real problem with this twerp. His heroic efforts to lead the pack of misfits could have real ramifications. They aren't focusing on Maria the housekeeper or Pedro the yard guy, to my knowledge.

Of course I guess he'll never have children with "his husband" (sorry will never grasp that), so it might be impossible for him to consider that scenario.
