This guy missed over 800 votes while representing his constituents in the Texas legislature and blames it on him breaking quorum. Except that's the point of no quorum - you can't take votes. Otherwise Republicans would have passed the new redistricting map on their own while y'all were out of state. They don't have a supermajority.

I didn't know this guy missed so many votes. What in the heck was he doing? Dude has no chance this fall, but if you can't even bother to show up why do you deserve a promotion? Typical Democrat thinking.

The most telling part is that he must have literally no friends in the legislature to push his button for him.

Most of the votes for inconsequential items that aren't voice votes are fun to watch. The two or three representatives in the chamber will walk around and push the buttons for all the other reps.
