Illegal CCP Lab found in Vegas, full of hazardous bio specimens

This should be the NUMBER ONE story right now, CCP lab in Vegas. They found another of these labs in LA if I remember right a few years back. Lots of hubbub for a few days and then the story just seems to have disappeared.

According to the local CBS affiliate:

  • "Several" people were sickened, w/2 becoming "deathly ill" after being at the home.
  • The home was being used as an Airbnb (pics attached)
  • Tipsters said garage smelled "like a hospital not like a clean hospital but more of a foul, stale, stagnant air smell."
  • House contained "many dead crickets"
  • House cleaner told authorities about lab equipment, refrigerators in garage
  • David He/Jia Bei Zhu, the CCP-linked homeowner, contacted prop mgr Ori Solomon 467 times since his arrest in Oct 2023, directing him to send $ from property rental
  • He/Zhu has contacted his wife/accomplice, Zhaoyan Wang, who's in China, 3,524 times from jail
  • Authorities believe Wang has access to cameras monitoring the Vegas property
Of course, this brings up even more questions. With all of that contact from jail, how did this go on so long? Not passing the smell test....

Need way stricter foreign ownership limitations of U.S. real estate.


Also, guy runs an illegal lab and no one says "You can't own this house, we're seizing it."

Just catching up. Saw that this guy was arrested for running another similar lab in California in 2023? And nobody thought to check up on the other properties he owned??

China is at war with the U.S., that seems obvious. The problem is China knows they cannot win a kinetic war with the U.S. so this and the quasi-psyop of social media fighting is the current battleground. What they seem to have forgotten is they're a 3rd world agrarian country without globalization and that's entirely dependent on us. China cannot be what it is today without both the U.S. consumer and the U.S. Navy yet somehow they seem to be making a strategic decision to take an adversarial approach to the most important nation on earth, the one they owe their entire lifestyle to. It seems abundantly clear the CCP is focused primarily on defeating the U.S. even if it means destroying half their own country.
