A) We don't need to be teaching children about sex in any form at that age

B) Blanket tolerance is definitely not a good thing. There are some things that we should not tolerate in life, like evil and deviancy.

There are some things that should not be tolerated. Teaching and promoting sexual deviance and mental illness to children should not be tolerated.

I doubt any of them took off work to do that.

I think originally the whole 'pride' thing was simply to acknowledge that they exist, like there is no shame in hiding who you are. Of course, it was co-opted by narcissists who insist on making their sexuality their whole personality.
