This is horrifying. Every person in this country that doubts what the left is trying to do in America ought to have to watch it on repeat.

I still have my copy with the original cover. Amazing how prophetic it was with Saddam Hussein and a burning World Trade Center on the front. With Europe committing cultural suicide and a rising China, we are not too far off from the rest of the games premise coming to fruition.

But this is, ultimately, Northern Ireland, where the age-old ethnic conflict is as perennial and inescapable as the soaking rain that drew the night's events to a close. It is, probably, doubtful that anything will come of the cautious street flirtation, and as July's marching and bonfire season draws close, we can no doubt expect a reversion to the old ways rather than the ungainly new dalliances of 2026. But, nonetheless, there was something novel and unexpected about the occasion: the working-class communities of both sides, accustomed to hating each other, and increasingly estranged from their political leaders in Stormont, for the first time eyeing each other up, from a distance, like awkward teenagers at a disco. Northern Ireland is an extremely dysfunctional country, though very charming and livable for it: it is entirely unique for both communities to find common cause in blaming Westminster for introducing an unexpected source of random, violent dysfunction to unsettle their old and comforting, formalized one.

I made a decision some years ago, that I will never allow myself to ever live in a place again where it is unlawful for me to be armed for self defense.

We are all a product of our experiences and I have seen the depravity of mankind. I have opened a car door to be greeted by a dozen plus human heads. I have seen them lain in piles in front of government buildings. I have been in a torture house and held the knives in my own hands. (I am glad to report that I personally made that house go away with half a satchel of C4.)

We can hem and haw over the likelihood of such things occurring to us. To which I say, look at this poor ******* here. I am 100% positive he did not wake up thinking he was going to end up on a street on his back with a knife sawing at this throat. Unlikely does not mean impossible. I keep a fire extinguisher in my kitchen for the same reason.
