Cops in Pasadena CA are just playing around pointing their guns at one another when one of them accidentally discharges and shoots another in the shoulder.

It seems to be by the video a female cop who shot the badge bro? Inevitably this will lead to questions of DEI hiring just as when a female pilot crashes an airplane.

Sad but that's the world we live in thanks to the legacy of DEI.

Because it is CA, DEI is more likely than some other places, perhaps. That said, my gut tells me we just do not get the same quality candidates now as we have in the past. Who would want to be a cop in the current environment? Not painting a broad stroke, Im sure there are still really good people pursuing these jobs. My guess is that it is just not as many.

Reminds of the academy I went to for law enforcement. There was a hole the size of a 44 mag in the wall next to a desk. As a cadet, I asked the instructor what's with the hole in the wall. She said, we don't talk about the hole, we don't noticed the hole. We keep the hole there, to remind a certain captain not to F with us and our budget.

Class had a pool who the captain might have been. No one won the money, did have a bad a** pizza party.
