Steelhead Inc. is looking for a talented individual to fill our Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer position. The individual is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing mechanical design and build of custom water treatment and filling systems. This role involves managing a wide range of projects, from small-scale maintenance and repair tasks to large-scale projects.
This role requires expertise in mechanical systems, project management, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Mechanical Engineering Project Manager will work closely with staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time meeting established profitability goals and customer requirements.

• Lead key projects through delivery including schedule formation, engineering designs, and specifications for the mechanical engineering.
• Manage overall financial and technical performance of projects
• Maintain and grow established client relationships by becoming an indispensable partner to our clients, both internal and external
• Serve as the subject matter expert for mechanical engineering

This position requires proficiency in Solidworks and the ability to create new drawings from models/assemblies, update existing drawings based on red-line markups and produce layouts, drawing sets, PDF's and DXF's for manufacturing/fabrication shop.
Must have the ability to work independently on drawings with instruction from manager.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ Years Solidworks Drafting Experience
• 1+ Years Sheetmetal Drafting Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $92,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
