I'm not familiar with what skills or services a customer success manager entails, but you may need to provide some context.
It may be good to provide information about your degree and marketable skills across several sectors, since the customer success manager title may be an employee or market specific title.
Definitely!
I currently work for a real estate technology company where we handle anything post sales - we are in charge of ensuring the client gets onboarded properly (integrations, training, etc.) then once onboarded, we build the relationship through weekly/monthly meetings, QBRs, and make sure they are utilizing the service to the best of their ability. We also have sales and referral opportunities.
I have experience in real estate (also have held my license since 2016), property management and construction.
