This is a huge shot in the dark but I could really use a favor from someone who works for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). I have an employee waiting on some paperwork and they're in dire need of an assist.

Email is insuranceag10@protonmail.com.

Thanks in advance.

If they're waiting on paperwork to get processed, best I could say is seek legal counsel (sometimes they can push things along). Generally CIS employees can't take a look at someones paperwork and give them an update or try and push them to the front of the line. There is egov.uscis.gov to check status online - sometimes helpful, sometimes not.

Family member has an immigration attorney who more or less said there's nothing to be done to expedite the processing and that she has clients still waiting from the end of 2024.

I've suggested they reach out to their representative and senator.

This was just a shot in the dark.
