NAC Construction Group Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! Based in Alvin, Texas, NAC Construction is a growing residential and commercial construction company specializing in quality craftsmanship and client-focused service. This position offers the opportunity to oversee projects from planning through completion while playing a key role in operations, personnel management, and client relations. As a smaller company, the ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing as needed to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
Manage day-to-day field operations and support company-wide operational goals
Supervise and support field personnel, subcontractors, and project teams
Oversee all aspects of construction projects
Work closely with homeowners, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a positive construction experience
Maintain clear communication between clients, field crews, vendors, and office staff
Coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, and local officials as needed
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
Assist with project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite environment
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in construction management, project management, or a related field preferred
Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
Familiarity with construction management software and project scheduling tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Spanish speaking is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary of $75,000+, commensurate with experience
