This game 100% on CD. Minimum 6 points off the board bc of him, 9 points off the board with the Ferg drop/Sanders fumble. Zero second half points. Encouraging second half by the defense, Dak looks healthy and really good, Williams looks good for a rb signing, oline played well most of the game, CD looked like ****, Pickens will be a good one. Lots to like, but damn man, I hate the ****ing eagles.

LBers and pass catchers surprisingly the worst two units that game. I'm not really worried about the pass catchers from a long term perspective, but LBer I didn't like. Murray isn't it and we don't have great speed.

Played well enough to win - not many expected that - including me.

CD needs a catching session - defense played well other than Hurts' scrambling - which most QB's can't do.

Clean things up - stay healthy - and they should be a playoff team.

The pass that was almost an int, CD was falling down out of his route and the timing was all thrown off by the early snap. Dak played great tonight, unfortunately two of his best pass catchers did not.

He had one pass that had any chance of being picked without a receiver deflecting it, and it was on the final drive when you caution kinda goes out the window. Conversely he threw about 5 incredible balls and we dropped three of them. That ball to Ferg between the linebacker and safety in the Ed zone was one that they talked about all night if Mahomes does it.

Missed the pass down the seem to the TE for a TD. If that ball was up 612", that fumble doesn't happen. But he did play well enough. Just didn't light up the box score.

The box score would've been a whole lot better if his receivers could catch.

Yeah, Ferg had him beat. A better throw is an easy TD, but Dak laid in a dime to ferg a couple of plays later and it was dropped, next play was the fumble. That series of plays, and CDs drops were the game.

Micah so overrated. The Paul George of the NFL. Great numbers in regular season but disappears against good OL, can't stop the run, and is a no show in the playoffs.

So glad we got rid of him. Actually thought it was Jerry's better moves and I can't stand the guy. Parsons doesn't change the outcome of this game.

Of all things to be made about. Weird the defense played better without him against the eagles tonight vs last season with him.

Thoughts:

Dak: missed a throw or two, but every QB does. I think he played better significantly better than anyone expected. If he continues that level of play, he could easily be a top 5 QB this year

RB: should be Williams and Blue moving forward. Run game honestly looked a lot better than I expected

TE: Meh. Ferg dropped a TD but in his defense he was in the process of getting decapitated

WR: Ceedee wtf. Pickens and Turpin looked pretty good, offensive plan needs to spread the ball out more

OL: didn't give up a sack tonight, opened up some good run holes

DL: interior line looks improved with Clark, but edges are small. Philly got away with a lot of holding

LB: better in the second half, basically didn't play in the first

CB: pass coverage looked great, but rush defense left a lot to be desired

S: Dono still craves violence, pretty decent pass coverage

Guy has played in what, 3 playoff games ever? Hard to say he disappears in the playoffs.

He's a huge problem that offensive coordinators HAVE to to gameplan around. Now, we currently have nobody that teams have to scheme around.

He also is very undisciplined and doesn't play his assignment every play which creates big plays. Helluva athlete but is all about himself. Completely fine with trading him, especially seeing how much Green Bay had to pay him.
