Every USB-C charger/adapter I've ever owned seems to fall apart like a Chinese motorcycle. The best result I've had was a lenovo branded charger that came with a laptop.

Does anyone have recommendations for a USB-C adapter strong enough to charge anything from a smartwatch to smartphones to laptops and cables that won't fail in less than a few months?

Anker is the only answer. Maybe Belkin but they not consistent in my opinion.

I use this one. It's enough to charge my M1 MacBook Pro 16", as long as I don't game or do any graphic intensive CAD stuff.
