The year before my son entered High School we took a dad and lad trip to Trappers lake in the Flattops Wilderness area in Colorado. This is the view out the back door of our tent.

I always liked this pic of my son picking up dekes after a duck hunt. I think we only killed a couple of birds that morning.

I gave this dog to my brother in law when it was a pup. It wouldn't fetch a biscuit. I always got a kick out of the feather on it's nose from sniffin' the doves.

About 15 of us went on a cruise a few years back. We were supposed to go to Grand Cayman. The hurricane had destroyed a bunch of the sights so the ship detoured to Costa Maya. There was literally nothing there at that time. We took a rickety bus ride a few miles south to Mujajual. There was just some huts selling trinkets, beer fabulous guacamole and tacos. This was the view as we sat on the beach.

Last winter on a cold morning, I went out to start my truck. It made kind of a studder as it tried to turn over and I heard a cat scream. I shut it off and opened my hood but there was no cat to be found. I backed up a few feet and found evidence. Picture below.
