This thread has me wrecked all over again. The Jesus pictures did me in today. Now the thought of so many elementary schools, churches, soccer teams, scout troops, families, friends, teachers, etc. having to move on without those little girls - I just can't.

Derm and everyone else are forever in our prayers.

there are so many young people experiencing the loss of a friend at way too early of an age. The empathy is destroying me from every angle. Lord have mercy.

Been following and reading this thread since it started. I have a daughter who is 8 and I mentioned to my wife about Mary Grace when Doc first posted. Ever since then, she has asked about her. She has mentioned her and all other campers in her prayers at night as well.

...and will likely go up. They don't think everyone has been reported. (At least that's how I interpreted it...I was multi-tasking)

Also said more people have died in this tragedy than did during Harvey.

Thanks for posting. I think it is important to remember that this is more than just Camp Mystic. It is spread across multiple counties, family members are looking for relatives that were camping along the river. Entire families were swept away and still missing.

You work out of the Highway 80 office for XOM? I heard we lost a co-worker his wife and stepdaughter that worked out of Midland while they were camping in Kerrville, I work for XOM out of Big Lake field office. So tragic.

Edit: NVM, just saw you worked with the wife. The family I am talking about, the husband worked for the same company as me. Sorry for the mistake.
