How long do you want to ignore this user?
I currently have a 2020 Kubota M7060 4wd (74hp) with cab and non air ride seat. I like everything about it besides it's incredibly rough ride. I have water in the tires and also sometimes run them under inflated but that's a pain since you can't carry much weight in the bucket/grapple. Although, it helps some.

Any ideas how to improve the ride or should I sell it and replace with something better? I'm assuming it's rough due to being light weight and short wheel base. If you suggest another tractor please let me know which one.

Use FEL all the time- hauling hay, bucket with material, grapple, etc. Also, shred a lot and pull a 300 gallon sprayer on a trailer. Have about 500 hours on it.

Have the same tractor, like it very much, I have found that if I add a cushion to the seat, it helps a lot. I had to try several to find the one that worked for me. The only other solution is to find an air ride seat and install it. You may be able to find a used one, but the condition of it is a crap shoot. Will be following to see what others suggest.

Going from a 4 cylinder diesel engine to a 6 will solve this problem. I'm not familiar with Kubota, but the Deeres we have are a little longer framed and Much smoother with the larger 6 cylinder compared to the much rougher 4 cylinder tractors. Not sure what hp starts the 6, but I think maybe 125hp in the Deere line. Ours are 6150m and the older 7330 and both are about 150hp. The 6310 4 cylinder is much rougher.
The air ride seat makes a Big difference also. As does the self- leveling loader.

Companies like Vevor and tracseats make suspension seat upgrades that use your existing seat. I've heard good things, though I've never tried one

No tractor is going to have any suspension….so I have found that weight and distance of wheel base makes the most difference…..adding a weight kit to the front will help with the bounce….and weight at the rear.
Biggest improvement you can do is an air ride seat that is adjustable for your weight. Second choice would be a hydraulic suspension seat that is adjustable for your weight. There are a lot of aftermarket seats available for various tractors….just need to see what's available for yours.
I use an air ride seat and an orthopedic cushion in my JD 6615. Pretty comfortable.
I'll be spending a lot of time in it this week.
The other thing is just slow down your speed. May take you longer but you aren't getting beat up as bad.

Thanks.

It has a pretty good seat with suspension, but not the air ride. May try to figure out how to add weight. It doesn't have the correct rims to add wheel weights. Maybe there is a work around.

Could be a bolt on weight set for the rear wheels. Helps to keep from turning over on a ditch bank with a loaded front end loader.

Think he said in his original post he has water in his tires and runs them under inflated.

Some larger tractors can be ordered with with a suspended front axle and faster gearbox for road transit. Bigger deal in Europe where they have to drive to many different small fields on busy roads.

Some of the Amish in our area drive tractors to go to stores and travel to do jobs. They have overdrive kits they order to get the tractors to run fairly quickly on the highways. But they all use American purpose built tractors and don't have any spring suspension or the like.
