From online sources lions rarely hunt hogs unless they are small like the picture. They like to attack the throat and a mature hog just does not have a vulnerable spot.

So keep trapping pigs.

If you watch to the end, mama hog comes back and assesses the situation, but piglet is already done for, so she leaves.

Cougar doesn't care, of course. She has her bento box.
