Big fan of G-Code's soft-shell scorpion line. Have used both the rifle and pistol mag carriers quite a bit on both belt systems and chest rigs. They've got others, but I don't have any experience with them.

HSGI (listed above) is also good.

Super lightweight, have a bungee for extra security, and an integrated strap for molle attachment.
