If your lady struggles racking the slide, teach her how to properly rack the slide. Do not push her automatically to a less capable firearm when a little bit of training can solve the problem.

Definitely agree. If a woman has enough hand strength to shoot a handgun, then she has enough strength to rack the slide. Lack of strength isn't the issue, the issue is a lack of technique.
