Howdy Ags - I've recently acquired roughly 5 acres in Collin County, and I'm looking to see if anyone has interest in harvesting hay from it or utilizing it for rotational cattle grazing. The property has been used for both over the past few years.

I'm not trying to make any money off the arrangement - I'm looking for some assistance with keeping the Ag function/use, maintaining the property, and letting someone else utilize it for their benefit in exchange. I would do it myself, but I don't live nearby, and I'd like to keep the property in good shape.
