He's selling the muzzle devices that thread onto the barrel that the suppressor can then be attached to, homie.


But you can sell a can to another individual that resides in the same state. I haven't done it personally so this is based on others accounts: Seller starts eform4, buyer completes it with their required info and certifies the form, wait until form4 is approved, then you can hand over the suppressor to the new owner. Out of state sale would have to go through an FFL, and NFA forms are involved either way, but it is possible to sell a suppressor to another individual if yall can coordinate doing all the paperwork.
