I got it working now. I faded into Bolivian a while back. Last week I visited the big grill district. Here, all like businesses seem to gather into one giant district (appliances, car parts, furniture, tech stuff, etc). The grill area is about a quarter mile long row of stores where every conceivable grilling, baking, frying and rotisserie appliance is made and sold. It's a little overwhelming and you could spend a lot of money there if you're not careful. Most of the items sold here are made within a few blocks. We're going to get a grill similar to the one in the last photo. It comes with a thick steel griddle that you can switch out with the grill. I thought y'all would enjoy the photos.

I'm guessing two-day delivery through Amazon Prime is not possible.

I was in Costa Rica but I'm in Bolivia now. I'll be visiting that grill district later today to pick up a gas grill.

I spent way too long trying to figure out why we would care about a grill market in Bolivia….

I found these at Mennonite owned store yesterday. I may get one of those cauldrons someday. It'll be my new gumbo pot. They're a pretty typical Mennonite out for cooking. Out here in the campo, most people have outdoor kitchens.
