And I just wanted to give a nod to the OB for recommending Kim Warren and WR Dixieland Labradors.

Kim and her husband have been great to work with and are watching the pups closely to suggest the one that will be best for me. (All I've asked for is a "unicorn" dog that hunts like a field champion and then is loving, chill and well-behaved at home.)

I also have one of Kim's dogs. She has fantastic animals. Shadow just turned 4 last month and I too wouldn't trade him for anything! He is my best friend.

Our last chocolate lab is the reason why we have a poodle mix and a giant schnauzer now. The chewing and eating of everything in the house was one thing, but the mountains of shed hair was our main reason.

Loved that big goof though.

And there isn't much cuter than lab puppies.
