Does anyone own the Sig M18? Just curious on your thoughts if so. Do you use it for CC?

I don't have an M18 but do have a 320VTAC and a 320X Compact since 2019. I have thousands of rounds through both in practice and matches without any issues. Love them both and have alternated both for EDC.
That said, there has been so much smoke on the 320 series, of which the M18 belongs, I decided to change my EDC. I have no intention of getting rid of them but am a little frustrated the Sig keeps denying any issues yet LE agencies and military branches are discontinuing their use.

I keep hearing from Sig fanatics that youtube is the real problem and not the 320s themselves. The problem with that is, I've never seen anything other than a 320 fire when striking the end of it with a mallet.

I own several Sigs. Not one problem.

I have a P320 set up as a full size. It's my nightstand gun but I won't carry it. Never intended to but definitely won't now. It's a sweet shooter, though.

To echo myself from over there, I absolutely love my Flux Raiders with 320 FCUs in them. I've shot the heck of of them with zero unintended discharge issues.

That being said, whatever is going on with the 320s its been hard to replicate and impossible to predict so I won't carry a loaded one in a holster. Would not use one as a carry gun.

If you can get one cheap and want one, go for it but be very aware of current issues and best practices with the gun.

I hope someday it get definitively nailed down and fixed because I love the concept, but Sig screwed this one up.
