What makes Stiles worse than the other units?

His official release date is March 5th.

I received an email today listing his parole conditions, which include registering as a sex offender (improper relationship between educator and student isn't considered a sex offense in Texas, so he won't have to register after his sentence is over), no using the internet to access obscene material, drug and alcohol testing, post-secondary education reimbursement (I'm assuming that means paying back student loans), seeking and maintaining employment, no contact with the victim and completing a sex offender program.

That law needs to be fixed making that mandatory registration. Looks like it was attempted last session. HB380 stalled out in committee last session. Hopefully it gets pushed through next year
