Package supposedly out for delivery this morning (Sunday)
left the house about 9:45 or 9:50 PM and saw a USPS truck headed towards me (passing a cross street I was turning onto, and they should've been headed towards my home)
got back; nothing had been delivered
pulled up Amazon's status and saw "delivery on hold"
tracked on USPS; saw multiple times earlier, 9:15 PM, 9:40 PM or something that said "delivery delay" or something like that
then at 9:52 PM (right around when I saw them), they marked it as front door supposedly inaccessible so they didn't deliver it
clearly bullish*t; door was accessible and porchlight was on because I had just gone to pick something up and needed the light on for when I got back
why bother to drive past, not drop it off, and mark it as undeliverable?
either deliver it or don't bother to come over here that late
meanwhile, Amazon's instructions said to contact USPS to explain how to get here or something (not hard to get to; nothing needed to be explained) and USPS's stuff says to contact Amazon
Hopefully they just got sick of delivering things and marked everything as inaccessible when they knocked off for the night and they'll bring it by tomorrow, but it's very annoying
I would absolutely understand them not delivering at almost 10 PM, but if that's the case, I don't see the point of bothering to drive around the area where it's supposed to be delivered. Either deliver it or go back to Bryan.
