Don't. It shows your "me first" attitude and is absolutely lazy. For those that don't know or don't go by there, Longmire is northbound single lane only as they work on the intersection at Eagle Dr. I nearly got in a head-on collision as I was turning onto Longmire and the other guy tried to speed on past before I pulled out.

I will say I've seen CSPD camped out on Eagle waiting for someone to sneak on by. It's kept them busy.

As the OP post indicates, they should close off Longmire in both directions, for safety reasons.

Or you follow the posted signs. It's not that hard.

Why punish everyone when only a few can't follow the rules?

They just need to close the whole road down in that section.
