House is getting a 90% remodel.

Long term hotel might work if nothing else.

Airbnb might be able to help with that? I have a spot that you could use starting August 3rd.

Mine are booked. Check furnishedfinder.com. Also, many AirBnBs discount the rate (up to 50%) for 30+ day stays, so worth searching with exact dates (allow +/- 3 days option for more results). My realtor has several four plex units that rent out around $2K/month + AirBnB fees).

check with Schaefer custom homes. He has rentals on Arrington that he use to use (maybe still does) for VRBO.

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath furnished house across from A&M golf course that will be empty until August 24th. My son will be in the house August 24th for fall semester. He has new student conference next week July 8-10 (8th for pre NSC events). We'll be in town Tuesday next week. I can show you the house next week if interested.
