Not one bit.
My son and I grabbed some chick fil a this morning and my son asked what was going on. I saw some cop car lights but didn't think anything of it because I just thought they had a cop there helping with the opening. Anyhow, he asked what is going on over there. I replied 'a new junk store opening. Just a bunch of cheap crap.' Now I know why the cops were there.
Evidently their advertising is extremely effective.

I like it. Expand the store at Macy's, advertise as far away as Houston, let people swarm the mall and brawl over cheap knockoff electronics with cameras rolling.
Rusty can live stream it. Max can predict rain on dry days and sunny skies during tropical depressions (wrong forecasts because of that pesky global warming). Campus police can be in charge of parking. Amazon drones will provide a pleasant background buzzing noise.
Heck, four or five more people might even visit Chuy's.

When I went to the Farmers Market at Post Oak recently, I didn't see any produce there. Or farmers.
Wolff Family Farms, Hollydew Farms, Richard (guy who has his stand next to Wolff) are all farmers and almost always have produce.
