I thought we were against government overreach about what private property owners do with their property? Let the market decide? Highest and best use? Or is that only when it is when it is something we personally like?

The most accurate comment would be high density housing behind the Northgate NG-1 zone will slow down the increase in the amount of traffic around campus during the daytime Mon through Friday,
