Thought I'd been through several home repair type stuff at this point, but this is new to me. Google isn't being super helpful for me finding out who you're supposed to call for this.

I was just informed that I have mold in one of the closets in my Airbnb house.

This. Find and address source of water. Could be plumbing, HVAC, or a roof leak. You should be able to narrow it down if you can get above that location in the attic. Then cut out and replace all affected drywall and any damaged studs and insulation.

I'm interested in this too. The source of the leak was fixed a while back (flashing needed to be recaulked) but I'm afraid of what's inside the exterior wall that's filled with spray foam. Crown molding a little swollen and needs replacing and there's a largish paint bubble.

You need to get that cut out. Spray foam, although a great insulator, has a bad reputation for trapping and holding water.

You probably need a general handyman type guy to cut out and investigate, or do it yourself and then hire a drywaller/painter to patch everything back up.
