The dome is probably from the Academic building on campus, I would bet it's AI basically making a collage of images tagged as "College Station"

It's the Upside-down Bryan/College Station.

It does incorporate a hint of the soviet-style architecture....

I think ot is a composite with part to the quad and bits and pieces of other buildings , some no longer standing
