Is there any place in town where I can get an old painting cleaned? I have acquired an old painting that once hung in my grandparents home. It is a really neat painting of bluebonnets and most likely has more sentimental than retail value but I would like to try to bring it back to its original look. I think it is an oil painting but I'm not 100% sure.

I spoke with this guy in Houston one time about an old oil painting. Seems like the quote was around $800-$900. Decided against it due to the painting not being worth that and it not being sentimental.

Thanks. I've heard it wasn't cheap. Will definitely check them out the next time I'm in Houston. I've read where you can do it yourself but I don't have the guts to try it.
