When my personal facebook page was hacked a few years ago I asked this same question. What I ended up doing was finding several connections of connections that I sent messages to on LinkedIn briefly explaining the situation and what I had already done and asking for direction on who to contact. One ended up responding with what sounded like a protocol the company had set up because this happens so often. It involved a video call so that I could verify I was who I said I was, then this employee submitted an internal request to unban the account. The whole process took about 2 weeks, which was scary because I was under deadline for account deletion according to their automated system.

I just had my ad account unblocked last week and talked on the phone with someone. You have to go through the ads manager app to get support. This was the number I used to talk to someone in person +1 (650) 250-0433

No way to contact support for a social media site to get an account unlocked?

My friend is having an issue and tried calling the number but got a message that it didn't accept incoming calls. Did you call it or did they call you from that number?

When they called you how quickly after did you get your account back?

I want to say it was only a couple hours. They made me immediately go plug in a payment method to confirm it was working.

Yeah I just got off the phone with them. They said 2-3 hours to review. Fingers crossed.
