I posted this on Home Improvement, but thought it might get better response here. If not appropriate, staff please delete.

Nutsedge is already taking over my beds. Is it too early to spray it with SedgeHammer? It has worked well in the past, but I don't remember it showing up this early.

I believe optimal soil temps are between 55 and 85 or so. We're in the 70s the last 5 days, so should be good.

If it's growing sedgehammer it. Don't let it propagate, stay ahead of it.

This. And go ahead and buy more and treat it again in 7 days.

I actually have to use both. The stuff in my backyard dies to Image and the ones in my front yard die to sedgehammer. It's really weird.
