I have a 2/2 fully furnished short term rental. My tenant for April and May had an unexpected change of plans. I have it rented now for April 9-12 but the rest of the two months are open for anytime you a nice quiet plan. Just let me know.

Can you share more info about your rental property? A friend of mine is looking for latter part of August through mid December. Or September through mid December. Not for a college student.

Sorry I am just now seeing your request. We are booked through August 31 to a traveling but are available after that through the end of the year except for the Arkansas weekend. In the past out "long term" tenant has moved out for the weekend and we do a reimburse
