Curious what the going rate would be for a large house capable of sleeping 11 for every home game.

I know someone who needed a semester lease for only the Fall semester. They found an older apartment complex willing to do a lease from August through December. Do you need a furnished place? Or are you bringing your own furniture? Furnished might be harder to find.
Sleeping 11 is going to be the challenge
We are mainly looking for furnished. Basically Airbnb but upfront without the owner having to give any profit away for service fees or whatever.
Yep not easy but wouldn't want it any other way!

Friends are currently setting up their Airbnb for a newly remodeled a-frame. It's a 2/2 and would sleep 6 in each-there's a front and back unit, so whole property is for 12 people. Listing should be up by tomorrow. I can link it here when it is.
