I have in the past after periods of lots of rain.

Annoying, but harmless. They went away before I was able to spray the exterior of the house, but I'm sure someone knows an available pesticide that will prevent them coming in.

Treat your yards with talstar. Will help with all of that. Should be doing perimeter treatment and sometimes indoor as well. I treat with Demand SC.
