We used them in 2018 when our vehicles were broken into. They did more damage to my vehicle than what it went in with, and USAA had to pay another shop to fix it. They also provided me a rental while my car was being fixed by someone else. It was from Allen Honda. I returned it to Brazos Valley Collison Center (their instructions), they inspected it, and i parked it by a camera at the back of their shop. About a week later I get a call from Allen Honda asking why I didn't report the accident and what did I back into that cratered the lift gate, as Brazos Valley Collision insisted I must have done it. Ended up taking a few months for Brazos Valley Collision to pull their videos and admit that one od their employees moved it and backed into a light pole.
I would never recommend them to ANYONE
