If you can wait a few days I will ask our construction managers what their work crews think. If anyone has found something like that that isn't some $30 five star chef food art type sandwich, they would have.
Texadelphia is always solid
Delaware Subs at Mesa and Spicewood Springs. Hands down best option.
Hoody's in Round Rock
Hoody's is legit. Don't go at lunch during school hours. Right by RR HS.
R&B's Steak & Fries is the best in Austin. Otherside Deli would be 2nd.
The Boss Cheesesteak in Leander is nails for a place in the Leander/CP area.

Still a Texadelphia on Brodie Ln in sunset valley
Killed me when lakeline location closed. I still drive to Brodie for a weekend lunch on occasion.
Delaware or Tucci's (they are in 2 or 3 of the old South Austin Delaware locations)
Delaware also has 2 for 1 cheese steaks on Sundays.
Grata's Pizzaria on south Lamar is by far the best I have had in the city. It is the all things Philly sports watch place.

Down south, my favorite spot hands down is Bella Donna subs on Ben white. It's so legit.
